Banking services chronicle releases the
magazine every month for the candidates who are preparing for bank
examinations. One of the articles which are published in banking serviceschronicle magazine is here which says India’s poor performance in page
number 39 of February 2019.
It
is surprising to note that despite the RTI statute in India remaining the same
along with its legal framework, India has slipped from its second position to
fourth, fifth and sixth in 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively.
